REFUND & RETURNS


At Kaliyanei Lashes, we take pride in providing high-quality beauty products. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

We only accept returns for items that are damaged in transit or faulty. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@kaliyaneilashes.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the damaged item.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Shipping Provider:
    We ship exclusively with Australia Post (AustPost). Shipping Within Australia Only: Currently, we only ship within Australia, with plans to transition to international shipping in the future.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Standard Shipping $10.95 (2-8 business days)
    Express Shipping $14.95 (1-4 business days)
    Free Shipping over $80
  • Delivery Time Frames
    Standard shipping times vary based on location. Rural areas may experience longer delivery times than metro areas.
  • Tracking Information
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Lost or Stolen Parcels
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once your order has been dispatched.
  • Incorrect Address
    If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, any redelivery or redirection costs will be at the customer’s expense.
