SHIPPING POLICY

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

  • Shipping Provider:
    We ship through Australia Post and international courier partners depending on destination.

  • Shipping Destinations:

  • International Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and delivery method.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees once the shipment reaches your country.These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    We are unable to control or predict these fees. If a package is refused due to customs fees, refunds will not be issued.

    Free Shipping on order over $60 AUD

    Standard Shipping $34.50 (5-9 business days)
    Express Shipping $46 (3-6 business days)

  • Delivery Time Frames
    Standard shipping times vary based on location. Rural areas may experience longer delivery times than metro areas.
  • Tracking Information
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

  • Lost or Delayed Parcels
    Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners.
    If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will assist with a courier investigation to help resolve the issue.

  • Incorrect Address
    Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, any redelivery or redirection fees charged by the courier may be passed on to the customer.

  • Packaging
    All Kaliyanei Lashes orders are carefully packed in protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure your lashes arrive in perfect condition. We take pride in creating a beautiful unboxing experience.
