REFUND & RETURNS
At Kaliyanei Lashes, we take pride in providing high-quality beauty products. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
We only accept returns for items that are damaged in transit or faulty. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@kaliyaneilashes.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the damaged item.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us . We’ll assist with a courier investigation.
