How it works
2. Contact us within 30 days
If something isn’t working as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We may also request photos or a short video.
3. We’ll help troubleshoot
Where appropriate, we’ll help identify the issue and recommend steps to resolve it.
4. If we can’t resolve it
If your claim qualifies and we cannot reasonably resolve the issue through troubleshooting, we’ll provide an appropriate remedy under the Guarantee. Depending on the circumstances, this may be a replacement of the affected product or store credit.
Who is eligible?
The Guarantee applies when:
- It is your first eligible Kaliyanei Press-On Lash Kit or DIY Lash Kit purchase.
- You purchased the product directly from Kaliyanei Lashes.
- You contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- You provide your order details and reasonable information about the issue.
- You provide photos or video if reasonably requested to assess the claim.
- You have followed the relevant application, removal, care and storage instructions.
The Guarantee is limited to one approved claim per customer or household and cannot be transferred to another person.
What’s not covered?
This voluntary Guarantee does not cover:
- Change of mind or preference for another lash style, length, volume or curl.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on personal style preference.
- Incorrect or unintended use.
- Failure to follow application, removal, aftercare or storage instructions.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
- Issues caused by third-party adhesives, removers, skincare, makeup, tools or other products.
- Products materially altered, cut, disposed of or unavailable for reasonable assessment.
- Purchases from another retailer, marketplace, reseller or unauthorised seller.
- Promotional gifts, free samples or complimentary products.
- Claims containing false, misleading or materially incomplete information.
The version of this Guarantee in effect at the time of your eligible purchase will apply to that purchase.
